Bones for Life (BFL)
is a program based on the premise that bone strength is stimulated through natural movement and weight-bearing posture. It was developed by Ruthy Alon, and is based on Moshe Feldenkrais’ teachings for the re-education of movement habits.

Bones for Life training teaches you safe, non-jarring exercises, through gentle, springy, weight-bearing motions. It helps to stimulate bone health, improves skeletal alignment, improves posture, and balance. It teaches you your natural movement.

The class meets every Monday at 11:30 a.m. for 3 weeks. The class builds from one to the next so the classes are set in 3 week sessions for $45.
