Feeling stuck in a rut? Want to move better, faster, and with more ease? Whether you’re a couch potato looking to begin exercise or a highly skilled athlete who wants to compete at the next level, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement is right for you. Designed to help the human body move with greater strength and efficiency, this 6 week class introduces students to new movement patterns and ways to be more mindful of our own bodies. Classes are suited for all fitness levels; willingness to move with grace and ease required. Come and try the class for free on February 11 and see if it fits for you!Stretch
