Feeling stuck in a rut? Want to move better, faster, and with more ease?
Designed to help the human body move with greater strength and efficiency, this 4 week class introduces students to new movement patterns and ways to be more mindful of our own bodies. Classes are suited for all fitness levels; willingness to move with grace and ease required. Attend the first class on March 15 for free!
